Freebdy LLC or third parties performing services for us through the Website may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with the Website. HOW WE PROTECT USER INFORMATION

Freebdy LLC adopts data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Users’ PII and data stored on the Website. Sensitive and private data exchanged directly between the Website and its Users happens over a SS- secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Freebdy LLC does not store any personal medical information. Any third-party data storage services provider we may use will utilize a HIPAA-compliant AWS GovCloud environment with firewalls and in which all patient information is encrypted. Freebdy LLC will continually review and update its data security program as technology evolves. The importance of security for all PII associated with our users is of utmost concern to us. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, Freebdy LLC makes no representation or warranty regarding the security of any information Users transmit to us or the potential loss, misuse, or alteration of the PII that Freebdy LLC collects on its Website. Freebdy LLC cannot be responsible for the actions of any third parties who might receive Users’ PII, including but not limited to BlackbirdGo, a third-party provider which processes the User’s product ordering information. “DO NOT TRACK” POLICY

Some web browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow you to tell each Website you visit that you do not want User activities on that Website tracked. BUSINESS TRANSITIONS

CHILDREN UNDER 18

The Website is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age, and Freebdy LLC does not knowingly collect PII from individuals under 18, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Furthermore, by using the Website, the User must certify that they are at least 21 years of age or 18 years of age with a valid medical recommendation meeting all New York State law requirements. GOVERNING LAW

The interpretation, application, and effect of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the State of New York laws without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties hereto submit and consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state court in the County of Kings, New York, for any claims or legal actions against another arising out of the relationship between the parties contemplated herein (whether or not arising under this Privacy Policy).
