What is the best product for me?

Pure and extracted directly from the plant using a gentle method that protects the integrity of the oil to keep it free from chemicals. Just a couple of drops under your tongue 2-3 times a day, holding for 30-60 seconds and you’re good to go. For the best results repeat this process daily as part of your self-care routine.

Oral capsules that conveniently deliver CBD to the body through the digestive system. They can be taken 2-3 times a day with a glass of water. Exact dosage varies depending on your preferred full spectrum formula.

As the CBD infused in food is digested, it is released slowly to achieve a long-lasting CBD experience. Edibles take various forms which can include: gummies, hard candies, chocolates, cookies, and cakes. A common reason people take advantage of edibles is to aid in stress management.

Sold in different form such as: creams, lotions, oils, balms, or salves infused with CBD/hemp that can be applied directly to the skin. Known for their anti-aging antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Instead of entering the bloodstream, topical CBD reaches endocannabinoid receptors through the skin.

Cannabinoid Wellness

Understanding CBD?

Over 100 cannabinoids discovered in the cannabis plant are being investigated for health benefits. Cannabinoids are characterized by the ability to act on cannabinoid receptors found throughout the human body. Our bodies produce endocannabinoids, and by supplementing them with phytocannabinoids such as CBD, CBC, CBG, and CBN, we can help the body achieve peak performance.

Cannabinoid receptors located throughout the body are part of the endocannabinoid system, which is involved in various physiological processes, including appetite, mood, metabolism, hormone regulation, immune response, and memory.

Cannabinoids work synergistically and are more effective when they are found together versus when they are isolated. Our proprietary genetics naturally create a whole plant CBD extract highly concentrated in CBD and contains significant amounts of additional cannabinoids like CBC, CBG, CBN, and more. There are many other full spectrum cannabinoid products to try that can elevate your health further.

All animals have an endocannabinoid system and benefit from CBD and other cannabinoids. CBD oil is excellent for dogs, cats, horses, and other pets.

Due to federal regulations, we cannot claim whether cannabinoid extracts can help with specific ailments, however, we have a blog with links to research and widely available information online. You can easily find many resources about CBD, CBC, CBG, CBN, DELTA 8 hemp oil, and their possible personal benefits to your health.

These three terms tell you how many additional components are in the product alongside CBD.

  • Isolate is pure, “isolated” CBD.
  •  Full-spectrum CBD products contain all cannabinoids found in the plant, including THC and other terpenes
  • Broad-spectrum is similar to full-spectrum, but it doesn’t contain THC

One of the most important things about any CBD product is how much CBD it contains and how many other cannabinoids. The amount of CBD in the oil, liquid, or edible is vital information for dosing purposes (it should be indicated on the package). Due to the entourage effect, it’s a good idea to know the quantities of other cannabinoids quantities.

CBD can be extracted in a few ways, but the key thing to note is that CO2 extraction is generally the most reliable method. Unlike butane or other hydrocarbon-based extraction methods, it has essentially no risk of leaving dangerous remnants in the final mix.

One of the more confusing elements of shopping for CBD oil is the conflation of CBD oil and “hemp oil.” A common mistake people make is buying hemp oil under the impression that it’s actually CBD oil. The confusion comes from the fact that most genuine CBD oil is, in fact, derived from hemp. Still, hemp oil technically refers to hemp seed oil, containing almost no cannabidiol.

CBD has been used and studied for a wide variety of health issues. The most robust scientific evidence is its effectiveness in treating some of the cruelest childhood epilepsy syndromes.

Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) typically don’t respond to antiseizure medications. In numerous studies, CBD was able to reduce the number of seizures and, in some cases, stop them altogether.  Epidiolex, is the only medication infused with CBD approved by the FDA for these conditions.

Some CBD manufacturers have come under government scrutiny for wild, indefensible claims, such as CBD being a cure-all for cancer or COVID-19. It is not, and much more research needs to be conducted. Currently, CBD is a practical and non-toxic option for managing anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain. We can’t pinpoint effective doses without sufficient high-quality evidence in human studies. CBD is currently available as an unregulated supplement, which is why it’s hard to know what you are really consuming.

If you decide to try CBD, make sure to get it from a reputable source and talk with your doctor to ensure that it won’t affect any other medications you take.
